- The Staff at our dealer group is comprised of industry veterans with factory training and certification. Our management team has come up through the ranks so they have the hands on experience necessary for first class customer service. - Our dealership is modern and well maintained creating a pleasant environment for our customers and employees. Service your car the civilized way with our drive in Service Reception area which is second to none. Drive your vehicle in to meet with your Service Advisor. No parking in the lot, walking in and waiting on line. No trying to describe something about your car parked in the lot, its right there with you so you can show us exactly what your concern is. This allows us to fully understand your needs so we can fix your car right the first time. A Sales Associate is on duty in our Service Drive each morning for the first several hours of business to assist customers, answer questions, put on a fresh pot of coffee or just say good morning.
- For after hours Service drop off we have a convenient "Early Bird" drop off located at the second Service Drive garage door. We also provide a lock out service for customers picking up their cars after normal business hours, ask your Service Advisor for details.
- Many of our customers require alternate transportation when leaving their car so we have an Enterprise Rental Car office right here in the dealership. Our Service Appointment Coordinator can arrange a rental for you when you schedule an appointment.
- The traffic in our area limits our ability to give rides to our service customers, however we do provide rides in the local area Monday - Friday; this no charge service can be arranged when scheduling your service appointment.
- Each customer's car is hand washed and wiped down following service or repair work. Our customers have commented that a clean car seems to perform better.
- Our parts department carries a large inventory of commonly used parts and we receive ordered parts from our manufactures on a daily basis. The parts department can make replacement vehicle keys while you wait. They also have a nice selection of accessories to personalize you car.
- Good two way communication is indispensable for providing first class service. Therefore, we like to make it easy for our customers to alert us to a problem or to pass along a compliment. We attach reply cards to each Service Invoice so our customers can let us know how we are doing. We also make follow up calls to our customers routinely to monitor the level of customer satisfaction.
- We understand that price is a great motivator in the purchase of a new or used vehicle. However most of us would prefer a car in our price range that reflects our personal taste and life style.
